Witches and wizards!
Have you heard about MY leadership conference? Yes. I am running a leadership conference. It’s called Granger Leadership Academy, which is a delightful name for a conference in my humble opinion.
Granger Leadership Academy will include two full days of workshops that will prepare you to fight the dark arts in your community. I literally cannot think of anything more exciting than two full days of leadership training workshops! But if you need more convincing, consider these fun facts:
Melissa Anelli, co-host of PotterCast, author of Harry, A History, and founder of LeakyCon, will be a special guest speaker at Granger Leadership Academy!
Andrew Slack, co-founder and President of the Harry Potter Alliance, will be one of two amazing keynote speakers at the conference.
Tonks and the Aurors, a veteran of the wizard rock scene and one of the genre’s most dynamic performers, will be headlining the conference’s Wizard Dance Party!
Steph Anderson, frontwoman of Tonks and the Aurors, will also be delivering a presentation called #YesAllWitches: Identity, Fandom, and Finding Your Voice.
Taylor McCadney, activist and Rebel Advocate at UNLV’s Center for Social Justice, will be our second keynote speaker and will focus on the importance of community and citizenship in social change.
Getting to Granger Leadership Academy is easy! If you don’t live within driving distance of Auburn, Alabama, then all you need to do is book a flight to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and take a shuttle to Auburn.
